At Avatar Behavioral Health, we accept referrals for a wide range of behavioral health needs, including:

What Happens After a Referral?

Once your referral is received, our intake team will review the information and contact the patient to schedule an initial appointment. If further documentation is needed, we will reach out to the referring provider for any additional details.
